Client refers to any participant of the escape game (further referred to as player) and the person who placed the order (further referred to as orderer).
The game is a service, during which players are locked up for a given time in spaces for that purpose and solve situations, ciphers and puzzles to escape them.

The orderer can place a reservation through the website of the provider or by phone. The client is required to identify with necessary information to verify the order/reservation.
The customer has to pay the price of the gmae listed in the reservation form on the website. In some cases a partial advance payment is required (reservation fee).
The provider hereby informs all clients that the game is not suited for children below the age of 15, people with heart defects, epilepsy, hypertension, claustrophobia and similar health challenges. Players enter the game on their own risk and at their own responsibility. The provider is for the sake of gaming experience not personally present in spaces the game takes place and has no direct control of the game running, and therefore is not responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, special and/or subsequent damage/injury to health and/or property associated with participation in the game or the use of other services and/or spaces of the provider. Clients give up the possibility of suing the provider for real or consequential damages of any kind, known or unknown, expected or unexpected, arising or in any way connected with the game and their participation in it.
During the games and in connection with it clients can be communicated, may learn in another way or find out business practices of the provider, know-how, etc. Clients agree and acknowledge that any and all such information is confidential and the provider is the sole and exclusive owner of the intellectual property and proprietary information. Any disclosure of such information to third parties is strictly prohibited and will be discussed in court.
Clients acknowledge that all information and know-how of the provider are protected and that the provider will be materially damaged in any disclosure to a third party.
Clients' personal data will be used for the purposes of fulfilling the contract – game reservation or changes to it. These are with the exception of handing the orderer's email address to the payment gateway, in case the orderer wishes to use the payment gateway for payment, never provided to third parties
Clients agree to receive information about future activities of the provider (discounts, upcoming new games etc.).
Clients have the right to access their personal data and the right to correct it including other legal rights to that data. At the same time they have the right to revoke their consent with the processing of their personal data at any time.
No aggressive behavior, use of drug and/or alcohol is tolerated. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs can not attend the game. The provider keeps the right to refuse entry to clients based on the above reasons without any compensation.
Only logic and fine motor skills are needed to finish the game, therefore no use of force is necessary and allowed at any time of the game.
In the case of damage to any equipment by clients, clients are required to compensate this damage to the provider.
In the case of health complications a medical kit is available by the provider and emergency medical services can be called if necessary. If a client doesn't feel well during the game, e.g. due to asthma or claustrophobia, he/she can ask to leaving the game.
The provider reserves the right to terminate the game whenever he deems appropriate. If clients suffer from some of the above mentioned health problems and participate in the games anyway, the provider can not be held responsible for any complications or losses associated with it.
Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of order placement. You can not withdraw from the contract after the ordered game took place or the Gift card was applied to another order.
Game reservations can be canceled online sooner than 48 hours before the beginning; in case of an online payment the payment will be refunded with administrative fee of 200 CZK.
A game reclamation is done on site with the game operator. In case of a justified claim an agreement can be made on game refund or the use of another service of a comparable value.
By placing an order the orderer confirms that he/she is familiar with these terms and conditions, and that they are unconditionally and fully accepted. The orderer is obliged to familiarize all participants of the ordered game with the content of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions form an integral part of the contract.
Taking any audiovisual recordings is prohibited during the game. Our staff will be happy to make photos after the game.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the provider's premises.
Persons under 15 years of age can participate in the game only if accompanied by a legal representative.
In the event of disputes arising from this contractual relationship, consumers can seek off-court resolution within 1 year with the Czech Trade Inspectorate.
